Employability Skills in the TVET Trainer Training Program: The perception Between Experienced Trainers and Novices Trainers

This paper is aimed to determine the importance of employability skills among experienced and novice trainers in TVET trainer training program. due to, some employers reported graduates' lack facing difficulties fulfill current employment demands professional expectations needed by industries (e.g., people management skills, communication interpersonal teamwork, professionalism, knowledge, principles, problem-solving decision-making skills). A survey questionnaire was distributed during total Experienced Trainers (n=34) Novice (n=137) were participating this study. study ranked 25 abilities/items according eight main constructs based on a score ranging from (1) – (5). The findings indicated that there different rank between trainers. From these findings, it shows teamwork self-discipline are equally perceived have high level (top 4 highest) both trainers, while leadership learning conceptual lower calls for planning specific curriculum can be integrated into curriculum. It necessary transform educational institutes lifelong education centers facilitate formation graduates.
